O’McD is an event held by the Research and Academic Division of AMSA-Unsrat. Through the event, we can get benefits based on the 3 philosophies of AMSA, which is Knowledge, Action, and Friendship. By attending this event, we can get knowledge (from the lesson given by the lecture and from pre-test and post-test which has been done), action (we get to discuss and put out our question regarding the discussed topic), and friendship (we get to interact with other participants of O’McD in Focus Group Discussion.

AMSA-Unsrat Gathering is a Representative AMSA-Unsrat Tenure 2020/2021’s program which is realized by the Membership and Development division. This event was held on June 1st, 2021, for one day via Zoom Cloud Meeting. This event was being held to actualize AMSA’s philosophy of friendship, action & knowledge by providing material and talk shows from experience interviewees, sharing sessions between members, and donations to Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI).

AMSA Day Out (ADO) is one of the annual event of AMSA-Unsrat which is an event made by the Membership and Development Division. This event aims to actualize the philosophy of friendship and increase intimacy between AMSA-Unsrat members.  The theme for this year is AUFORIA: AMSA-Unsrat Euphoria. 

Tenar is an event held by the Finance and Partnership Division of AMSA-Unsrat. We used the theme “TARP” (Talkshow About The Life of a Doctorpreneur and MoU Training) for this event, which was held on Saturday, 20 March 2021 via Zoom Meeting. The goal of this Tenar event is to train AMSA-Unsrat members’ skills in order to form partnerships with specific parties, to prepare FK Unsrat graduates to face the ASEAN Economic Community, and to provide more information about doctorpreneurs.

English 101 is the time when members of AMSA-Unsrat get the chance to enhance their English as it’s also the language of international communication. Together with Swift English School, we chose “Introduction to TOEFL Test and Strategies” as this year’s topic.

DRAMA, a successful program of AMSEP Amsa Unsrat division gained positive feedback from every participant. The event was conducted online via Zoom on June 22nd, 2020 on 2pm WITA. Participants were presenting currently worldwide relevant themes such as Covid-19 and The New Normal.

Trip of Observation is a program formed by AMSA-Unsrat which is based on 2 of the 3 AMSA philosophies namely Friendship and Knowledge which is realized by inviting friends to visit each other to the places they want to visit. TRIO aims to provide opportunities for students who are members of AMSA University to expand their medical knowledge, get to know new colleagues, and their own medical architecture environment.

TRIO is one of Delegates Selection division projects. This event had four elements in it which are: Lecture, Culture, City Tour, and Culinary. Throughout this event, participants from AMSA Unsrat and AMSA UHT learned a lot of information about Unsrat and Sulawesi Utara. Moreover during TRIO, participants also build friendship between AMSA UNSRAT and AMSA UHT. TRIO was held on May, 8th-9th 2021.

Event of The Year (EOTY) merupakan acara tahunan yang dibuat oleh AMSA-Indonesia yang wajib dilakukan di seluruh AMSA universitas dibawahnya. Berbeda dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, EOTY tahun 2021 dikemas dalam rangkaian acara yang dilakukan secara online dikarenakan kondisi pandemi di Indonesia. Tema besar EOTY tahun inipun tidak jauh dari kondisi pandemi, yaitu “COVID-19 dan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS)”. Tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan member AMSA-Indonesia dalam mengkoordinir suatu social action event dan memberikan dampak pada masyarakat melalui edukasi.

This event was held based on three philosophies of AMSA-Unsrat, that is Knowledge, Action, and Friendship. Through this event, participants could get knowledge about how to manage stress while studying at home, material about campus introduction, how to do vital signs examination and basic life support. Other than that, participants also had the opportunity to discuss and to ask question about the materials, and be able to meet new friends.
